Delivery across the territory of Ukraine

We cooperate with various transport companies throughout Ukraine. Delivery is carried out by the transport companies "Nova Poshta", "Delivery" and "SAT". Delivery is carried out to the department, or by courier to the address you specified. At your request, we can arrange delivery by any other transport company.

Our experts can select for you an individual solution to ensure the most profitable and convenient way of delivering our products to your warehouse. Depending on the parameters of the shipped cargo, our specialists will choose the most suitable option for transportation to your city.

ATTENTION! The goods are shipped after receipt of payment.

Payment

We work with legal entities and individuals. You can pay for goods and services in any convenient way:

• Cashless payments for individuals. After confirming the order, the manager will send you an invoice for payment.
  
• Cashless payments for legal entities. After confirming the order, the manager will send you an invoice for payment.
• Bank card VISA, MasterCard through an online payment service (LIQPAY).
• Cash payment at the office.

Buyer's memo

• The order will be delivered on a convenient day for you, agreed in advance with the manager of our company.
  
• To clarify details and make changes on delivery, contact your manager.
• If delivery is carried out to a territory closed for entry, to receive the goods, meet the courier at the gate or issue him in advance with a pass allowing entry. In this case, the buyer bears all the costs of preparing the documents necessary for admission.
• Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for damage, signs of tampering, bruises. Then open the package, inspect the product carefully, check the package contents.
• If the order was placed on behalf of a legal entity, in order to receive the goods, you must provide a power of attorney from the organization or a seal. The goods will not be shipped without the necessary documents or a seal. Re-delivery is a paid service and is paid separately.
